Chúc mừng Giáng sinh!

Merry Christmas everyone! We had a lovely time with family and friends (the Australians outnumbered the rest for a change!). Roast turkey with the works, traditional Fox family punch and a fabulous baked mango passionfruit cheesecake ensured the feasting lived up the the occasion.

    I'm guessing that obtaining a whole turkey in Viet Nam wasn't was difficult or expensive as doing so here in the UK would have been if we had tried. But I'm also guessing that it might not have fit the climate quite so well...
